Terms of service

SafeNex is an inventory management platform for small and medium businesses. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity of the team members you invite into your businesses.

Don't use SafeNex for unlawful activities, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.

SafeNex is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fast and available, but during this early phase we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Paid plans receive new features progressively.

You can stop using SafeNex and request deletion of your account at any time. If we make relevant changes to these terms, we'll announce them in the app beforehand.

Privacy

We store the data you give us: your name, email and password (always encrypted), and your businesses' inventory data — supplies, products, orders, incidents and team.

We use that data exclusively to run SafeNex: signing you in, notifications, statistics, reports and the emails you request (verification codes, password resets).

Your data lives with trusted infrastructure providers (database, hosting and transactional email). We never sell it and never use it for advertising.

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from the app, or by writing to contact@safenex.io.

Cookies & local storage

SafeNex only uses your browser's local storage for what it needs to work: your session, your language and your theme. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
